FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

EPA Reg. No. 91274-1
Product Name: IGI Carbon Dioxide
2(ee) Recommendation for Burrowing Rodents

Acampo, Calif. – November 12, 2018

IGI Carbon Dioxide (EPA Reg. No. 91274-1) can now be used against burrowing rodents! IGI Carbon Dioxide is
used with the Eliminator application probe (designed specifically for use in the treatment of pests in underground
burrowing and tunneling systems).

“The door is now open for Pest Control Operators (PCOs) to add burrowing rodent control to their list of available
services,” stated Mr. Dentone, President of IGI, LLC. “These pests have been a huge problem for farmers, vineyards,
orchards, parks, municipalities, schools and other public properties. Now PCOs have a solution; a revolutionary
breakthrough in the field of pest control!” IGI Carbon Dioxide is different than other chemical agents for pest control.
It activates when released in a confined space and only then do the effects of the naturally occurring gas become
active. There is no contamination of soil or other spaces that occur with toxic chemical agents. As a result, IGI
Carbon Dioxide, delivered with the IGI control devices meets IPM (Integrated Pest Management) protocols and has
been endorsed by various agencies as IPM compliant.

Mr. Dentone further stated, “It is time to apply an innovative approach in the Pest Control Industry. The Industry has
been delivering toxic and poisonous chemicals to control pests for far too long. The time has come to look at
effective alternatives! This effective pest control system, using IGI products, creates a window of opportunity that will
be industry changing.”

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) Registers IGI CO2 for Organic Use

2018 will bring a significant change in the way organic operations manage disease and pesticidal problems with a unique solution available to them for the first time.

Acampo, Calif. – January 9, 2018: On December21, 2017, the WSDA issued a registration certificate to IGI, LLC for the Use of IGI COat organic production and processing farms and facilities.  The certificate states that IGI Carbon Dioxide has been verified to comply with the USDA National Organic Standards (7 CFR Part 205).  The approved treatment types are for crop production aid (CPA), disease and pest control (DPC), fertilizer and soil amendment (FSA), livestock production aid, and processing and handling (PH).

This marks the first time that Organic facilities have had a registered solution for their pest control needs. IGI Organic Carbon Dioxide combined with IGI’s delivery systems provides a single source for multiple fumigation needs.

The IGI delivery systems include the Eliminator and Eliminator II. There are several unique fumigation system(s) available through IGI that are ideal for large and small fumigation projects for all commodities that would require fumigation for shipping or storage. Carbon dioxide injected into the fumigation container also displaces the oxygen, suffocating and killing pests. The benefits of this type of fumigation process, using IGI COand an IGI fumigation solution are that crops, commodities, or goods can remain in the chamber.  As long as the chamber remains air tight the COwill continue fumigating the contents. This provides an ideal situation for cross country or overseas shipment as well as long term storage situations. It is also ideal for storing artifacts or artwork, keeping the items safe while in storage.

“This Organic registration is definitely a ‘game changer’ in the pesticide world,” states Al Dentone, President of IGI, LLC.  “There have never been these types of solutions available until today, and for the Organic grower the registration of the IGI Organic CO2 is a milestone. These types of solutions have been needed for a very long time.  Further, the technology provides a biologically efficient solution that allows elimination of the targeted species with no residual chemical to harm children, pets, wildlife or the aquifer” Mr. Dentone stated.

For additional information or to discuss the uses and benefits of combining the IGI Organic COand one of the available delivery systems, you may contact Mr. Dentone at copr@eliminatorbyigi.com or phoning 209 366-1859.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Northern CA, Company, IGI, LLC, Receives Final EPA Label Approval for

Pesticidal IGI Carbon Dioxide, for Fumigation of

Storage, Transport, Containment Structure Pest Control

June 28, 2016, Acampo, CA:  Inert Gas Injection, LLC, (IGI, LLC) made submission to the EPA for pesticidal COto be used for fumigation and eradication of a long list of specific pests for the fumigation of storage, transport, containment structure pest control.  Final registration approval was received June 9, 2016 and the product will be known as IGI CO2 (EPA Approved) for fumigation.

“Our proprietary CO2 technology and eradication systems provide a patented, biologically and efficient solution that allows us to eliminate targeted species with no residual chemical or other biologically active substances that may harm children, pets, wildlife or the aquifer,” stated Mr. Dentone, President and Co-Founder of IGI, LLC.

IGI CO2 used as a pesticide, is revolutionary and different from all other chemical agents for pest control because it functions only when released in a confined space.  Only then do the effects of this naturally occurring, and organic gas, become active.  CO2 immediately induces an amnestic effect and pests confined within this space succumb to a lack of breathable air, resulting in the suffocation of the pest.  There is no contamination of the soil or other spaces due to lasting chemical and toxic agents.  As a result, IGI CO2 used with the line of IGI, LLC delivery devices for various pests meets IPM (Integrated Pest Management) protocols which are required by a large number of municipalities and commercial departments, and has been endorsed by those agencies as such.

IGI has partnered with the largest international industrial gas provider, with mutually exclusive agreements, to be the sole source for the IGI CO2.  Mr. Dentone stated, “This innovative and “ahead of the competition” approach to EPA product development along with the IGI CO2, supplied by this international gas provider gives one a snapshot of the potential revenue streams ahead.”

Northern CA Company Receives EPA Approval for Pesticidal COfor Fumigation

IGI, LLC will have an international distribution network for its complete line of IGI Eliminator pest control products as well as provide training on the products and assist IGI in controlling the EPA approved labeling on all CO2 containers.

The first product available that will deliver the EPA approved CO2 is known as The Eliminator System for fumigation of grainaries, agricultural product storage facilities, cargo containers, and ship holds.

Additional labels that are currently under EPA review are for the control of burrowing rodents and bed bugs.  The company expects these approvals early next year.  The company is also in the process of being approved for use as an organic pesticide for the control of the indications in each of the EPA labels.

“As you can see, this is a revolutionary breakthrough in the field of pest control,” said Mr. Dentone, “and one that will help remove many caustic and poison chemicals from the market, making our planet a safer place.”  He further stated that the lack of a large, well-known leader in the Pest Control Industry who has been innovative in their approach and who is positioned to endorse and provide this type of effective, environmentally safe and cost competitive COpest control product solution creates a “window-of-opportunity that is enormous and is industry changing.”

The Eliminator Product Line is manufactured in Northern California.  All parts are made in the USA and each device is hand tooled for precision, perfection, and safety.  The Eliminator is a registered trademark and is patent pending.
